In order to provide comprehensive, effective, and flexible care, Dr. Brooks is an out-of-network provider. Many health insurance plans provide out-of-network benefits for psychological and behavioral outpatient services. Dr. Brooks can provide the documentation necessary for clients to submit claims for reimbursement of services to their insurance carriers.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
